2019 Clark Hot Air Balloon Festival

International Hot Air Show that began in 1994 as a may to revitalize the region following the 1991 eruption of Mount Pinatubo. 21 balloons from 10 different countries joined the first fiesta, but it has since turned into a more general aviation show filled with aerobatic exhibitions, formation flying, and other stunts.

The dates for this event are estimated and subject to change.

The gates open at 4am and many arrive well before that to avoid the queues—so be prepared for an early start! The balloons begin to set off at around 6:30pm and return at 5:30pm, weather conditions permitting. You can also enjoy the “Night Glow” event on Saturday and Sunday night where the hot air balloons are tethered together and lit, usually with music playing in the background.

Tickets can be purchased through the official online portal which is open from mid-December until the end of January (they can also be purchased on the day). You can by tickets to ride in the hot air balloons through the same portal, with prices at around $350 for a 20-45 minutes ride.
